Vacation home with private dock

Detached vacation home with direct access to Lake Veere. There is a private jetty for mooring your boat!  
This 6-person home is located a short distance from various water sports facilities. Kortgene is a charming village with several restaurants with terraces and shops. Goes, Middelburg, and the historic town of Veere are a 20-minute drive away. The wide North Sea beach is less than a 15-minute drive away. A little further away is the Oosterschelde dam with the island of Neeltje Jans, famous for its Delta theme park and its quiet beach, part of which is reserved for naturists. The villa is located on a dead-end street. Parking on private driveway. 

 The holiday home is located in a quiet area and has a lovely sunny garden. Through the garden door, you enter the living room with a seating area and dining area. Open kitchen equipped with various built-in appliances and utility room with washing machine and dishwasher. Hall/entrance with guest toilet. The upper floor is carpeted. Here you will find a landing giving access to 3 spacious bedrooms. The 2 rear bedrooms adjoin the roof terrace where you have a beautiful view over the water. Simple bathroom with bath/shower, sink, and toilet. 

 General:

• This house is suitable for 6 people.
• Organizing student parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or drinking parties is prohibited.
• This house is not rented to groups of young people under 23 years old.
• Pets are allowed (max. 2). Additional costs apply.
• A security deposit is required.

Note: bed and towel packages are not included. You can rent them for an additional fee.
This house can only be booked for tourist purposes.
Boat rental is possible in the harbor across the street.
