Porch/entrance hall, dining room and living room with French doors to the terrace, simple kitchen with appliances: gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
1 bedroom with 1 double bed, simple bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. 
1 bedroom with bunk beds. Storage room with washing machine.
Outside: spacious (partially) fenced garden with wooden garden shed equipped with garden furniture and barbecue.

General:

• The house is suitable for up to 4 people.
• Organizing student parties, bachelor parties, drinking parties is prohibited.
• This house is not rented to groups of young people under the age of 23.
• Pets are not allowed.
• Small children are not allowed due to the natural pond in the garden.
• A deposit is required.
• Please note: sheets and towels are not included. You can rent these for an additional fee.
• This property can only be booked for tourist purposes.
